A non-refundable deposit of $800 and a signed contract is required to reserve your date. This deposit will be applied towards your rental fee. Or, ask about our 3 day courtesy hold!
Wedding Ceremonies with Reception Inside or Outside $400 Includes:
- 1 additional hour prior to the reception

Ceremony Only $600 Includes:
- 3 hours of exclusive use of the building & garden areas

*No food or drink is allowed on the premises for ceremonies only. Ice water is provided.
Bar Service – $400 for 2 hours and $500 for 3 hours
Champagne Toast Only – $100
Sparkling Cider Toast Only – $100
