Any of the items rented through us are set up the night before your event date or set up date to your desired layout at no additional delivery fee, set up fee or take down fee.

Tables - $12.00/ea. per day

Chairs- $3.50/ea. per day

Linens- $18.00/ea. per day

Pipe and Drape- $15/10ft section.

Portable (PA) System & Speakers (Portable Sytemes) $200.00 per event

Stage decks- $60.00/ea. per event

You can go with any one of our “Preferred Catering Vendors” on the list below. LUX/Market Catering is number one on the list for a reason as they are the best and one of our very loyal partners in catering and alcohol. The caterers listed have already filled out their preferred catering contracts for the year and know how our operations work here. We do ask that you include us on all, including invoicing, email communication with the caterer you choose. If you decide to go with a caterer not on the list, the caterer will have to sign a preferred catering contract with us agreeing to 18% commission of the final invoice payable to the Fairpark. We will also need their insurance forms; we require a 1/3million aggregate.  They will have to put us under their additionally insured if they meet this aggregate or they will have to be put on our insurance for an extra $105.

• Alcohol/Bar Service/Beer: LUX/Market Catering will be the only one that can be contracted for beer and alcohol sales. To get the alcohol license, they will need to apply 60 days before the event. Beer Req license is always open and in play.

$500 refundable damage and overage deposit, as well as a cleaning fee that is dependant on how many attendees are expected and event hours. 

The basic rental fees do not include storage rooms, set-up or tear-down, operations staff, security, parking, insurance, materials, exhibits, utilities or equipment. Full estimate will be provided before agreement is issued
