2 Day Rental

• Add a weekday evening (Sunday - Thursday, 5:00pm - 9:00pm) to your rental for $1000. Decorate, rehearse, and even have your rehearsal dinner on-site.

We require a $500 security deposit & credit card 30 days prior to your event in the event of damages. Security deposit will be refunded within 2 weeks of event as long as contract obligations are met.

• 5 rectangle tables, perfect for your buffet, presents or pictures

• 2 children’s buffet tables

• Luxurious bride’s suite — includes a private bathroom, full length mirror, plenty of comfy seating, small refrigerator, iPod/iPhone music docking, and 3 gorgeous LED mirrors with plenty of counter space perfect for you and your bridal party to get picture perfect ready

• Groom’s suite — Our man cave includes plenty of comfy seating, small refrigerator, games, full length mirror, iPod/iPhone music docking

• We do offer a snack and a non-alcoholic beverage package starting at $10 per person for your wedding party. These will set-up in your bride’s and groom’s suites upon arrival to The Foundry

• Caterer’s prep area with fridge, prep tables and sink

Additional Fees:

• The Foundry offers linens for an additional fee. You can view our linen pricing here. Our fruitwood tables are pretty as is, and do not require linens. Linen package prices depend on quantity, fabric and color.

• Cleaning fee - $250

• Alcohol Fee - $300

• Decor setup - The Foundry’s team members can set-up and take down our in-house decor for you for an additional $500.

• We require event insurance with The Foundry listed as the additional insured

• We offer a snack and/or meal service for our bride’s and groom’s suites starting at $10 per person

• Please add $1000 to rentals on the following special holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, 4th of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day
