The above spaces are available Monday-Thursday from 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm, Fridays from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm and Saturdays for a six hour period of time. Additional hourly charges apply on Saturdays for anything over six hours or any events ending after 11:00 pm. Exceptions to the rental hours can be made for wedding luncheons, based on availability.  Please speak with the building manager for questions on rental times.
